Telesales Support Executives (Permanent Part-Time) [Back to top]
Responsibilities:
- Initiate cold calls to generate interest and secure appointments with prospective customers
- Identify, contact & generate leads to gain market share
- Perform account searches on the internet
- Assess prospect needs & document potential sales opportunities to account managers
- Accurately log calls and update database with prospect information
- Present daily reports and other related performance feedback
- Review monthly hit rate & status report
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' call centre, customer service, or sales-related experience
- Eloquent and customer-oriented, with experience in cold calling
- Good spoken English & Mandarin (Proficiency in Japanese language will be an added advantage)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Oracle system, and other IT applications
- Able to work from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm daily on Mondays to Fridays

Sales Executives [Back to top]
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly set sales target by:
- Servicing existing accounts and developing new accounts by making sales calls to identify business opportunities
- Making cold calls to expand and increase market share in areas like software, services or high-volume machines
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals, conduct product demonstrations and presentation to customers
- Manage and update accounts details in our in-house system with information on type of sales call, change of address and company name
- Log in order and negotiate with Finance the terms and conditions of the leasing package
- Coordinate delivery, installation and training for customers
Requirements:
- Diploma with at least 1 to 2 years' experience in corporate sales. Candidates with above 3 years' experience will be considered for senior grade
- Experience in the printing industry would be an advantage
- Knowledge of basic IT and software solution

Colour Sales Consultants [Back to top]
Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
- Present business proposals, give sales presentations and conduct product demonstration to potential clients
- Carry out business development activities to help customers grow their businesses, manage projects and coordinate the installation of digital press
- Conduct periodic product training or sniffer programmes for sales team members
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with 3 years' working experience in a sales environment
- Good sales track record with experience in the printing industry
- Knowledge of DTP software (eg Adobe suite) as well as IT/office automation and software solutions
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients and enjoy meeting people

Responsibilities:
- Carry out installation, repair and preventive maintenance of the Company's digital and colour products at customers' premises as assigned
- Work closely with customers' IT personnel and Software Engineers for new installations
Requirements:
- NITEC/Higher NITEC/ITC/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience in a network environment, network monochrome and colour printers will be an added advantage
- A valid Class 2A or Class 3 driving license with own transport will be an added advantage but is not essential

Customer Liaison Officers - Order Fulfilment [Back to top]
Responsibilities:
- Check and ensure accuracy of the costing of each order
- Ensure all orders are properly supported with contracts and relevant documents
- Update orders in Order management system (Oracle)
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistic center and delivery vendors on delivery of machine
- Work closely with billing team on contract set up and billing
- Update Order management system upon confirmation of delivery of software and hardware

Technical Analyst [Back to top]
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Xerox Office Services (XOS) software suite implementations for customers, ensuring that it is delivered on schedule, within budget, and with a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to plan design and requirements for deployment of XOS Software
- Provide maintenance, enhancement, and operational support of the software after implementation
- Resolve and/or propose solutions for technical issues faced during delivery of XOS services
- Analyse new requirements from customers, propose solutions and perform future enhancements according to established change management standards
- Create and maintain technical documentations of the system
- Create and improve the XOS standard reporting package for both internal and external customers
- Provide ad hoc training to global services business areas on XOS functional capabilities and options available to meet customer requirements
- Undertake other system related activities from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT or Engineering projects - preferably with experience in setting up proactive monitoring infrastructure and working with network MFDs/ printers

Responsibilities:
- Design and architecture the enterprise solutions during the pre-sales engagement and deployment phase
- Lead and manage the users/systems requirements gathering base on customers' business processes and needs
- Work closely with the project team, sales team and customers in ensuring the success of the project roll-out
- Identify and raise any project risks, and mitigate them
- Handle all project resources in terms of people, computers, tools and equipment, and resolve all project conflicts that arise during the project implementation
- Ensure a smooth delivery of the hardware and software design, development and quality of the solutions implemented
- Ensure all project deliverables, key milestones and schedules are successfully implemented and all project billings are accounted
- Engage the key sponsors, stakeholders and senior management in all project meetings

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology
- Preferably a Certified Project Manager
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience in document & content management, in architecting and designing solutions, or in any turnkey or SI implementation
- Proven experience in designing enterprise solutions with knowledge in multi-tier architectures, clustering, storage (SAN, NAS, Jukebox, Microfilm, Tapes, etc), network infrastructure, backup design and disaster recovery solutions
