Bert has more than 27 years of experience in systems re-engineering and operational management. He played a critical role in Fuji Xerox Singapore's rapid and structured growth in areas such as business planning, marketing, sales, consultancy, business management, as well as customer service.

His sharp business acumen further led him to spearhead numerous bold business initiatives that continue to contribute to the company's foundation of success and exponential growth. These include publishing, system integration and knowledge management solutions.

Bert's sound foundation and knowledge in the document and enterprise content management arena started way back in 1980 when he first began his career with FXS in the sales department. He was assigned numerous management positions and then as Senior General Manager for Business Operations prior to his appointment as MD. Coupled with sharp foresight and a passion to keep abreast with industry trends, he played an instrumental role in transforming Fuji Xerox Singapore from a copier company to a leading document and knowledge management solutions leader today.

A charismatic man who is invited regularly to speak at industry events and forums, Bert is also a keen golfer and takes priority to spend quality time with his family.
