Our Philosophy

Fuji Xerox Singapore will, under the motto, "an eco-friendly company," strive to protect the global environment and prevent pollution with the full participation of our employees.

Our Policy

As a distribution company of Fuji Xerox Group here in Singapore, and as part of a rapidly developing base focused on Asia and the Pacific regions, we will strive for excellence in our eco-conscious activities. (Our business involves the sales and service of information-related products centred on digital multi-function machines, colour printers as well as consumables)

1.	We will contribute to energy/resource saving by providing eco-conscious products to our customers.
2.	We will voluntarily collect used products and parts, and try to reuse or recycle them under the resource recycling system of Fuji Xerox.
3.	All employees will actively develop and participate in energy and resource saving activities to prevent any harmful impact to the environment; and at the same time, tackle continual improvement in environmental performance.
4.	We will observe eco-related legislation and regulations and other requirements to which we subscribe.
5.	We will adhere to the requirements of the Fuji Xerox Product Safety Management System and respond to incidents, etc. regarding product safety in a sincere manner, strengthen recurrence prevention and aim to maintain and improve customer confidence.
6.	We will try to continuously improve our Environmental Management System through periodical reviews.
7.	We will root our environmental policy in the consciousness of all employees, and also make readily available all eco-related information to our customers and partners.
