Commercial Associate Programme

Account Managers


You will join our dynamic sales force in developing new businesses and providing professional solutions to our potential clients. The key to your success will be in your drive and ambition to win new businesses, and your ability to generate opportunities through successful relationship management of your client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and drive sales results through effective account management
  • Engage and build strong professional C-level relationships with the client
  • Use consultative and solution selling to align the client’s business needs with FX’s solutions and conduct board level presentations

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma with minimum 3 years’ of proven sales record. Fresh graduates may also apply.
  • Able to strategise and build strong rapport with customers
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • An independent self-starter who is results-oriented and can engage cross-functional teams in meeting client’s requirements with a total account approach

Technology Specialists


You will be involved in the entire system life cycle, including enterprise application deployment, customisation, implementation as well as post-implementation support. In addition, you will assist in the technical designing, quality review and testing of program codes, system integration testing, user acceptance testing as well as the rolling-out of system implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project implementation and customization
  • Ensure the timely delivery of projects and tasks in line with the budget
  • Adhere to all project development standards and documentation
  • Develop test scripts and test plans
  • Create documentation as required by the project deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience in .NET, SharePoint and Web services or Electronic Content Management software (ECM) and Enterprise Search Engines is an advantage
  • An effective and independent team player who is committed and responsible
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Experience in java and J2EE technologies will be an added bonus

 

Business Consultant


Responsibilities:

  • Understand customers’ industries and business environments in order to develop and implement account strategies that position Fuji Xerox as a trusted business partner
  • Lead in Value Add Services(VAS) and solutions selling process, facilitate hardware/software/services selling activities, and strive to exceed revenue and profit targets by working closely with internal departments
  • Engage appropriate market sectors and sales teams to identify business opportunities, develop outsourcing strategies and win new accounts
  • Support new and existing accounts through customer engagement (including C-level customer engagement) and SLA reviews
  • Handle overall project profitability
  • Work with the marketing team to identify and organise customer seminars, showcases and events

Requirements:

  • Degree in a business-related discipline preferred
  • A proven track record and experience in Document Process Outsourcing and selling services value propositions at board level (Commercial printing sales experience will be an added advantage)
  • A good understanding of key customer imperatives, document workflow processes (including support technologies such as ERP) and service value propositions, in order to recommend suitable solutions
  • Strategic account management and consultative valuebased selling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

 

Channel Sales Executive


Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing channel partners and expand our channel base with the objective of meeting and exceeding sales targets for our paper and office supplies products
  • Help channel partners to maximise their sales revenue by providing product training and sales support
  • Prepare proposals and conduct sales presentations
  • Manage sales orders and update channel partners and manager on sales status
  • Work with the Marketing team to roll out programmes and events
  • Update channel partners on new products and services
  • Provide weekly reports on project status and sales forecasts

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree, with 3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the paper industry or channel management
  • A good track record in sales prospecting and sales pipeline creation
  • Able to work in a team and manage multiple accounts/partners
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to transform leads into sales opportunities and conduct effective presentations for decision-makers

 

Telemarketing Officer


Responsibilities:

  • Engage existing customers and sales prospects over the phone (through inbound and outbound calls) to promote and sell our array of paper and office supplies products
  • Analyse customers’ needs and recommend the best solution to assist them in their decision-making
  • Secure new accounts and grow existing accounts
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitors’ products and provide continuous feedback on how to improve our sales

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ level, GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma
  • Previous working experience in sales, telesales, call centre or any related field
  • Enthusiastic and target-driven, with a passion for selling and customer service
  • Motivated and positive, with good interpersonal and communication skills

 

Technical Specialist


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software
  • Design and implement a multi-tier and multi-user systems
  • Work together with the team to create and develop web applications and Windows applications
  • Ensure timely completion of projects
  • Perform tests on applications and ensure proper documentation
  • Deploy applications on-site or remotely, and provide postdeployment support

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or any related discipline, with 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of all the following: Windows Server 2003/2008 environment and Active Directory; C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET and OOP programming; MySQL, SQL-Lite and MS-SQL database; web standards such as HTTP Client/REST full, Java Script, HTML, CSS, JSON and Ajax
  • Familiar with Agile and SDLC development process, multi-thread application development, Windows API programming, and SDK
  • Hands-on experience in team foundation server environment, C++ and Java programming, or mobile application development in IOS platform is an added advantage
  • Possess analytical problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, responsible and dedicated team player

 

Finance Operations Officer (Billing)


Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing portfolio to ensure accuracy of billings
  • Liaise with customers and vendors for collection of monthly meter readings
  • Generate credit notes and tax invoices
  • Administer contracts and handle enquiries from customer pertaining to billing and contracts
  • Prepare meter-reading forms and billing summaries
  • Perform other administrative duties

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level, or Diploma in Business Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure and handle a large volume of paper work
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
