ApeosWare Image Log Service lets you monitor and track any document once it is copied, printed, faxed or scanned.

All documents that are copied, printed, faxed or scanned, are automatically saved as images which are seamlessly transferred to a core server with "OCR" technology, and are indexed and stored according to their job information.

Should a leak occur, you can trace and locate the disclosed documents as well as the source of the leak by performing keyword or content searches of the stored images on the core server.

• Saves documents automatically - when documents are copied, printed, faxed or scanned, their images are automatically created and saved as logs
• Easy to search - image logs can be easily searched through a web browser by using a variety of conditions like job type, duration, user ID or keywords
• Large capability - up to 90 devices can be handled by one AWILS core server. For large volumes of documents, the core server can also be linked with the NAS server
• Integration capability - AWILS can use authentication results from ApeosPort which links with Active Directory ^R for searching. It allows enforcement of document security by integrating authentication solution which enhances accessibility and controllability
