The ApeosPort-II series increases user productivity and efficiency, offers high security and provides easy device administration.

The ApeosPort-II series eliminates repetitive tasks and redundancies in processing paper documents by distributing them via company intranets or over internet and linked to existing CRM, DMS, and ERP applications. All these operations are performed within a secure environment that is easily set up and maintained.

Support for Application Service Providers (ASP) now allows small-and medium-sized offices to connect securely over the Internet via ApeosPort-II multifunction devices. This eliminates the need for expensive and complicated server installations and facilitates document exchange with offices outside the corporate intranet. To prevent unauthorized duplications, a paper security function is added to the device to restrict copying, faxing and scanning of confidential information by embedding the digital codes to the documents
