ApeosWare Flow Services allows you the option to save document data in the format you want, be it JPEG, TIFF, PDF, High Compression PDF and DocuWorks. In addition, the automatic image optimisation features like deskewing, text alignment, noise removal and edge erase further ensure output quality and its readiness for use.
You can also do away with the traditional method of checking job status or spotting for errors from the main terminal. Now, you can do both by sending email or messages to the respective job owners anytime and anywhere. They are then automatically delivered to various predetermined destinations, such as attachments in ready-to-use formats to specified email receipents, sent to multifunction machines for print output, sent via FTP/SMB to servers for archiving, uploaded to DocuShare Server for intranet or internet access, sent to the shared folders to ensure retrieval by others, and even routed to other applications for further processing.
