DocuSend

DocuSend is a digital document distribution software that enables users of the Fuji Xerox Document Centre to deliver documents digitally. By using the unique scan-templates available on the Fuji Xerox Document Centre, documents can be easily scanned and delivered at the press of a button.

DocuSend enables scanned documents to be digitized, converted to PDF or XDW format and then sent via fax, email or a document repository.

This eliminates the need to make hardcopies which needs to be distributed manually. Documents can also be filed automatically into folders or sent to anyone via email without the need of a PC.
