New Update on Providing Support to Essential Services During This COVID-19 Circuit Breaker

On 14 April 2020, the Multi-Ministry Taskforce announced tighter requirements for essential businesses to operate during the Covid-19 Circuit Breaker. As such, Fuji Xerox Singapore will continue to provide onsite customer support on a best effort basis in the following areas, for Essential Services sanctioned by the Ministry of Trade & Industry (MTI):

  • Multi-Function Devices (MFD) Support
  • New MFD Installations
  • Consumables and Paper Delivery
  • Document Technology Centre (DTC) Print & Mail Services
  • Software Support^
  • New Services Setup^
  • New Software and Proof Of Concept Installations^
